Well, China has been quite an adventure. I am so happy to have had the opportunity to experience this amazing country, but am ready to move on. I will take over as conductor and musical director of 42nd Street on Noveber 19 in the city of Xi’an (home of the Terracotta Soldiers) and will also conduct the following week in Tianjin before we have a (well deserved) three week hiatus. Then it’s on to Korea, Malaysia, Thailand and several other as yet unconfirmed, but equally exotic places. Quite an adventure remains. I will try to keep this News page updated as much as possible.
